Sealambda is a technology and engineering company based in Switzerland, founded by engineers. We design, build and operate AI systems — agents, search over your own data, conversational systems — inside the infrastructure you already run.

What we build

Three kinds of system.

Agents: Software that takes a task from the request to the result: it reads what came in, looks up what it needs, acts in your systems, and hands over to a person where the case calls for one.
Search over your own data: Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over your documents and firm knowledge, so questions are answered from what you actually hold — kept inside the jurisdiction you agree with us.
Conversational systems: Conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email and SMS, answered, qualified and booked. We build on the official WhatsApp Business Platform as a Meta Tech Provider.

What makes it last past the demo.

Measured, not assumed: Evaluation and observability are part of the build. We check how the system answers before it reaches your customers, and keep watching once it does.
The model can be replaced: Nothing is tied to one model provider. The model layer is built to be swapped, which matters the day prices, terms or quality change.
Data stays where the rules say: Hosting follows the regulations that apply to the engagement. Location and jurisdiction are different questions, and we answer both.
Yours to keep: Your infrastructure, your accounts, every asset in your own name. Nothing we make is designed so that only we can maintain it.

Questions about AI work

Do you do AI consulting?

Yes, as the way in. The first conversation is about what you are trying to do and whether AI is the right tool for it — sometimes it is not, and we say so. If what you need is a strategy deck, we are not the right people. What we deliver is the working system: we design it, build it and operate it.

Which AI models do you use?

The one that fits the task, the data and the jurisdiction. We do not name a provider on this page: the provider that sees your data is a sub-processor, and that belongs in your contract, not on a website.

Where is our data hosted?

It depends on the rules that apply to you. Most of our clients are in Switzerland or the EU, so their data usually stays there too, under Swiss data protection law or the GDPR.

Can you work with the systems we already have?

That is the default. We build inside what you already run — your infrastructure, your accounts, your stack — and add the layer that was missing.

How much does it cost?

We do not publish a fixed rate, because the figure depends on the work. Once we understand the requirements, we give a clear number.
