## Work
- AYUN (Healthcare platform): Assumed ownership of a complex healthcare platform in active use during a development-team transition. We upgraded and hardened it, then migrated it to a lower-cost cloud provider with minimal disruption to their clients.
- keinois (Mobile applications): Built the Android versions of Pretty Progress and PepFlow from scratch — their two flagship apps, featured by the stores and well reviewed by the community.
- addventure (AI second brain): Building a private second brain for their executive-coaching practice: an AI-searchable store of firm knowledge and client material that never leaves the jurisdiction agreed with the client. [in delivery — no outcome published yet]
- Smart Sales Funnel (Own product): We handle, qualify and schedule the conversations that arrive on your sales channels: WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, Facebook, email and SMS. Analytics run the length of the funnel and feed back into it, so the capture of new prospects keeps improving.

Business Platform and Instagram APIs; it is not a Meta Business Partnership.

## What we do not do
- Cold outbound on WhatsApp or Instagram. Meta requires prior opt-in, and
  Instagram permits automated replies only to people who messaged first.
- Clinical diagnosis or triage output (MDR Rule 11).
- Replacing a client's CRM, ERP or scheduling system for its own sake.

## Data
Swiss company; Swiss law governs the contract. Hosting location depends on the
customer and the regulations that apply — most clients are in the EU, so
